Every January, Kroger resets the forms. Please re-register even if you have been enrolled in the past.
 You can sign up here. Once signed in, click on Community -> Kroger Community Rewards in the upper toolbar.

Fill up a honey bear using your spare change to change lives!

We’ll count all of the money, report back how much was raised, and send out tax receipts to anyone who fills out the form inside each bottle. If your church is interested in hosting a baby bottle fundraiser, please reach out to Angie at info@hannahcenter.org
